Terms of sale

1. Who provides the service

Luis José Valdez Rospigliosi, self-employed, trade name Tres60 analytics, NIF X1982393T, address Av. José Manuel Baena Martín 5, Bloque 3, 5.º B, 31006 Pamplona (Navarre), Spain, email [email protected] (hereinafter “Tres60”).

2. Who they apply to

These terms apply to the services of Tres60 ordered by professionals for the purposes of their business: farmers, farming businesses, cooperatives, seed companies and other businesses. Our services are not offered to consumers.

3. The services

  1. Free interpretation. We interpret the soil test you already have and tell you what is in excess and what your crop is missing. It does not include a nutrient plan or maps. Terms in section 7.
  2. Nutrient balance, Essential level. One composite sample per 25 hectares (62 acres); zones obtained by combining your test with five seasons of satellite images; Practical Report, nutrient plan and a map for the tractor. Minimum 25 ha (62 acres).
  3. Nutrient balance, Premium level. One sample per 5 hectares (12 acres); zones drawn from your own samples; Practical Report, Full Report, nutrient plan and a map for the tractor. Minimum 25 ha (62 acres).
  4. Follow-up. In the years without a soil test, we redo the plan and the map from your last test. Valid for the two seasons after the test.
  5. Add-ons: microbiome analysis (what lives in your soil) and irrigation water quality analysis. If you add them to Essential, you also receive the Full Report.
  6. Crop scouting with a drone. Flight, image processing and delivery of a map and a report with what was found. It can be ordered on its own. Minimum 25 ha (62 acres). A free trial flight is available under the terms of section 7.

The 25 hectares (62 acres) must be one working unit: the same crop, managed the same way, in the same season. It can bring together several blocks of one holding, but not scattered fields in different places. For example, 12 ha (30 acres) in one place and 13 ha (32 acres) 10 km (6 miles) away are two farms, not one of 25.

The nutrient balance is done remotely: you send us your soil test, or, for Premium, you (or your adviser) take the samples on our zone map and send them to your laboratory. We return the interpretation, the balance, the plan and a map for variable rate spreading. The report is in English. Tell us which method your lab uses. We work with Mehlich-3, Olsen and Bray-1 results; if your lab uses another, we tell you before you pay.

We do not fly in the UK or the US yet. Write to us and we will tell you how we can work on your farm. We do not spray with drones.

Travel and subsistence are charged separately, according to the prices published on the Pricing page. The exact content of each job (sampling, deliverables and price) is in the accepted quote, which prevails over this description.

4. How to order

  1. You ask us for a quote by WhatsApp or email.
  2. We send you a written quote, with the identification of Tres60 and its NIF, a description of the service, the price and taxes, the time to carry it out and a validity of at least fifteen calendar days.
  3. You accept the quote and these terms in writing (email, WhatsApp or by signing the document), expressly including Spanish law and the courts of Pamplona (section 17). Until then there is no contract.
  4. We confirm receipt of your acceptance within 24 hours at most, by the same means.
  5. The contract is concluded in English. We keep the quote and the acceptance; you can ask us for a copy.

5. Price and payment

Prices in the quote are in euros and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise. The applicable VAT treatment is shown on the invoice. If you pay 100% when you accept the quote, we deduct 3% of the amount before VAT. Method of payment: bank transfer. When the quote is accepted you pay an advance, and the work starts with it: 30% for the Essential balance, 50% for Premium and for crop scouting with a drone. The rest is due on delivery of the report, within 15 days of the invoice. If unforeseen costs become necessary (for example, a second sampling because of something that depends on you), we tell you before we incur them.

6. What you need to give us

  • Accurate and complete data about the farm (crop, area, expected yield, irrigation, previous fertilisation).
  • Your soil test, if you have one.
  • Access to the fields to sample or fly, and the permission of the owner or landlord if the field is not yours.
  • To tell us about anything that affects the work (change of crop, sowing, tillage).

If data is missing or has errors, the deadline is extended, and we are not responsible for what is calculated with that data.

7. Free interpretation and trial flight

These are introductory offers, once per client. They do not oblige you to order anything and they cost you nothing, except the travel for the trial flight in the case set out below. In return, we ask you to answer a short survey after delivery: what was useful and what you would improve. If we wanted to publish anything about your case or your opinion, we would first ask your permission in writing, only for what you authorise, and we would say it was a free service.

  • Free interpretation: from 25 ha (62 acres). It is done remotely, so it is open to clients in any country. You send us photos or a PDF of your full soil test, not more than three years old; you fill in a questionnaire about the history of the field, and you answer our questions.
  • Trial flight: launch offer, valid while it is published on this website. Five hectares (12 acres) of your field, free if it is 100 km (62 miles) or less by road from Pamplona. Further away, you pay only the travel, at €0.40/km for the round trip, and we tell you before we come. The date of the flight depends on the stage of the crop, the weather and our schedule. It is not available in the UK or the US, where we do not fly yet.

8. Deadlines

  • If you already have the laboratory test: report within three working days of receiving all the data.
  • If sampling is needed: three weeks, laboratory included.
  • Quote: within 24 working hours.
  • Drone flight: date agreed with you. It depends on the weather, the state of the crop and flight regulations. If it has to be postponed, we tell you and look for another date.

Deadlines run from the acceptance of the quote and from receiving everything needed. We are not responsible for delays caused by outside factors (laboratory, weather, flight restrictions, no access to the field).

9. What the report is and what it is not

What we deliver is a technical recommendation based on the soil test, the water, the images and the data you give us, and on a calculation that estimates what the plant will be able to take up. These are reasoned estimates, not measurements of your field, and we say so in every report. That is why:

  • We do not guarantee a specific saving, a harvest or an agronomic result. The saving shown in a report is the calculation for that test and those prices at that time.
  • The decision and the application of the plan are yours. You choose whether to follow it, how far and when.
  • Any nutrient plan or records required by the rules where you farm (for example, in a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone in England) are the responsibility of the farm holder. Our report is a tool to help you prepare them; it does not replace your obligations. It is not an official NRCS 590 plan in the United States.
  • In detection reports, each finding carries a degree of certainty. A marked patch can be a false positive, and an unmarked patch can exist. It is better to check in the field before treating or declaring a loss. We do not guarantee that an insurer or an expert will accept the map as evidence.
  • We do not recommend plant protection products (pesticides) or application rates.

10. How you can use the report

We give you a non-exclusive licence to use it for your farm. You may not resell it or pass it on. The maps and the files for machinery are for your use. The calculation, the method and the system that produce them belong to Tres60.

11. Collaborators

For some jobs we rely on laboratories and technical providers. We remain responsible to you for what we deliver. These collaborators handle your data only for your service, under a data processing contract.

12. Data and confidentiality

We handle your data as the privacy policy explains. Your data, tests and maps are kept confidential. We do not pass them to anyone without your permission, except where the law requires it.

13. Liability

We are responsible for the damage we cause by not complying with what was agreed, with the diligence of a professional. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the price of the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for decisions you take without applying the report, or for losses due to outside causes (weather, pests, prices).

14. If you are not satisfied with the work

If the report has an error of ours, we correct it at no cost. If you want to cancel a job already accepted, tell us in writing:

  • Before it starts: at no cost.
  • Once it has started (samples taken, flight done or test ordered from the laboratory): you pay for what has been done and for the costs we have already incurred with third parties.

15. Complaints

Write to [email protected]. We acknowledge receipt and answer in writing as soon as possible, and always within one month.

16. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control (extreme weather, closure of airspace, strikes, general failures of supply or communications).

17. Changes, governing law and courts

These terms may change. The version in force on the day you accept the quote applies. Spanish law applies. Any dispute about these terms or the services falls under the courts of Pamplona (Spain), unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.

Version of 22 October 2026.
